What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We only ship via Express Canada Post. This ensures that you will get your product as soon as possible. We also offer insurance coverage as an option.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

It may take us 1-2 business days to ship the product out and another 1-2 days for Canada Post to deliver the product to you. You will be provided a tracking number.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once we’ve shipped your product out, you will be provided a tracking number via Canada Post.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. But we do highly recommend you create an account.

Return Information

Product not as described

If your product is not exactly as described, we will offer a 100% refund, plus give you at 15% off coupon for your troubles.

How to initiate the a return?

Please send us an email along with pictures and a description of why you want to return your product. Our team will review it and let you know if it falls within our return policy.

Do I get money back or store credit?

If you select store credit, you will instantly get it in your account. If you choose money back, it may take up to 2 weeks to process the return.

How long do I have to return the product?

As soon as you received the product, please test it out. The faster you launch the return process, the easier it is for us to approve your return. No returns will be accepted after 1 week after you’ve received it.
